🛠️ Job Description & Responsibilities
As a CNC Operator, you’ll work with high-tech machinery to manufacture timber frame elements and window frames used in sustainable construction.
Your daily tasks include:
✅ Operating CNC machines to saw, mill, and inspect wood materials with precision
✅ Setting up machines and performing regular quality checks
✅ Keeping your workspace clean and organized
✅ Occasionally supporting other departments—because teamwork is essential
✅ Working independently, yet staying connected with your team
✅ Ensuring optimal machine performance—for better results and greater satisfaction
⏰ Working Hours & Shifts
🔁 Rotating shift schedule:
🕕 Early shift: starts at 05:30 (7.5 hours/day for 4 days + 4.75 hours on the 5th day)
🌙 Late shift: ends at 21:45
📅 Alternating schedule: two weeks early / two weeks late
✅ +15% shift allowance added to your hourly wage
🎯 Requirements
We are looking for candidates who bring:
✅ Experience with CNC machines – or the motivation to learn as a beginner
✅ Good communication skills in English
✅ A precise, responsible, and practical mindset
✅ A preference for working in a clean, well-equipped workshop
✅ A team spirit and a positive, hands-on attitude
