Pollux is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a motivated Facilities employee to help support this growth! In this role, you ensure that our housing, fleet, drivers, and other facilities operate efficiently and align perfectly with the needs of our organization and clients. You play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and optimizing resources, ensuring everything runs safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize facilities such as housing, fleet, and transportation resources;
- Create, implement, and monitor maintenance plans, schedules, and budgets;
- Ensure maximum availability of vehicles, beds, and drivers;
- Monitor and resolve facility tickets within set deadlines;
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards;
- Identify improvement opportunities and initiate optimization projects;
- Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers;
- Lead and guide involved colleagues where necessary.

What we expect from you:
- Minimum MBO level education (facilities or technical background preferred)
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with facilities management, fleet management, or maintenance planning
- Good oral and written command of Dutch and English; Romanian is a plus
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Service-oriented and practical mindset
- Valid driver’s license (B)
- Able to obtain a Certificate of Conduct (VOG)
