Pollux is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a motivated Driver to support this growth! In this role, you ensure that our temporary workers and clients reach their destinations safely and on schedule. You are the face of Pollux and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and satisfied customers.
A day as a Pollux Driver:
Start your morning in your company car, heading to the first housing location to pick up employees. You ensure they arrive at work safely and on time – your professionalism is our company’s first impression.
Throughout the day, you follow your route, assist employees with any emergencies (e.g., sick employees or last-minute replacements), refuel vehicles, and transport new employees to their housing locations. You make sure everyone feels welcome and supported.
At the end of the day, you return to our Roosendaal office, register trips and mileage in the system, and wrap up another successful day – satisfied employees and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Transport employees safely to and from housing and client sites
- Follow route schedules and assist with ad-hoc requests
- Ensure vehicles are refueled and maintained
- Register trips, mileage, and other relevant data in our systems
- Serve as a friendly and professional representative of Pollux
- Support new employees during their onboarding and housing process

What we expect from you:
- Valid driving license (B)
- Good oral communication in Romanian and English; Dutch is a plus
- Social, service-oriented personality
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and take responsibility
- Willingness to be on standby by phone after office hours and during weekends
- Experience as a driver or job coach is an advantage
