About the role:
Our client is hiring all-around production warehouse employees to work on printing football shirts for the biggest sport brands. With the new football season approaching, you will help prepare shirts for top clubs such as PSG, the French national team, the German national team, and Olympic shirts.
This position involves working in shifts to ensure continuous production.
The role will require working in various parts of the warehouse, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from receipt to shipment.
What will you do?
🔹Learn and rotate through all positions involved in the process, including delivering the correct shirt type and font to the production hall, arranging letters and symbols on shirts, heat-pressing the prints with exact positioning, and packing shirts for shipment.
🔹Your target is 12 shirts per person per day, with the best performers reaching up to 15 shirts. Quality is always the priority over speed.
🔹You will work on shirts ordered by individual fans as well as professional players (so-called “Heroes”).
🔹The role requires excellent manual skills and extreme precision.
🔹You will work across different areas of the warehouse, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from receipt to shipment.
To be successful in this position you need to:
🔹Speak English at least at B1 level.
🔹Be very accurate and attentive to detail.
🔹Be able to work with great focus and concentration.
🔹Have good manual dexterity and be comfortable learning and performing different tasks.
What do we offer :
🔹Overtime paid at 125% (after 40 hours); Saturdays 150%; Sundays and holidays 200%.
