We are Pollux. Our name is deliberately chosen. In mythology, it symbolizes connection and loyalty. This meaning is reflected in how we work: connecting people and organizations in a sustainable way.
We have been doing so since 2005. We are active in the Dutch labor market as a connecting link between motivated employees and reliable employers. What started as a small office in Roosendaal has grown into an international organization with offices in the Netherlands and Poland.
Our strength
Our strength lies in the combination of people-oriented work and strict compliance with laws and regulations. We believe that sustainable cooperation starts with attention. For the employee who wants to find his way in the labor market and for the client who needs continuity and quality.
We are rooted in both Dutch and Polish culture. We have also gained ample knowledge and contacts throughout the EU over the past 20 years. With that (inter)national workforce, we carefully and carefully support organizations in a variety of personnel issues. Our services are broad and flexible. From temporary work and secondment to recruitment & selection, pool management and in-house services.
In addition, we facilitate housing, transportation and personal guidance. Thus, we ensure employability, stability and commitment in the workplace.

Quality and reliability are the basis of our actions. We are a member of the NBBU and certified according to SNA, SNF and NEN 4400-1. In addition, we are prepared for the Law on the Admission of the Provision of Labor (Wtta) and see stricter enforcement as a positive development for the sector.

Because of our origins, we know the Dutch and Polish labor market inside out. We have also gained ample knowledge and contacts throughout the EU over the past 20 years. This enables us to guide employees carefully and support employers quickly and competently.
We operate mainly in North Brabant, South Holland, Utrecht and Zeeland.
