Our client started out in production - but a few years ago also opened a logistics department that collects orders and distributes finished products to the largest supermarket chains in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities:
As an orderpicker your duties will involve:
- Collecting orders for individual shops (your order contain meat products so you have to be aware that the temperature in the warehouse is about 4 degrees)
- Working with traditional paper orders or with the hand scanner (This is a walking job - every day you take around 11,000 steps - good physical condition is therefore essential)
Working hours:
You will be planned in one shift: from 10.30 until the last order (mostly around 19.00).
You work 5 or 6 days per week.
The busiest period is at the beginning of the barbecue season (week 18-20), Easter and the last week of November and the whole December.
What do we ask:
In order to be successful in this position you need to:
- Speak Polish
- Be flexible to work long days
- Follow strict hygiene rules: no false nails, eyelashes, strong make-up or strong perfume which could contaminate the product
- Be prepared to work in cold temperatures
- Be in good physical condition - it is a walking job
- Experience in working with scanners and order picking is very welcome
What do we offer?
We offer you an interesting job with a stable schedule in a friendly family company. But there are several other reasons you should choose us!
In addition to your salary, you will receive the following benefits:
- 15% shifts allowance
- 25% Monday-Saturday the first two overtime hours
- 30% between 20.00 and 22.00
- 50% form 22.00 till 6.00
- 100% on national holidays and Sundays
- Your salary will grow after first 3 weeks, and then after 6 months
- You also receive a cold environment allowance of 10.80 per week
