Site Manager
For Pollux Lodgement & Transport B.V. (PLT) we are recruiting a location manager for one of our housing locations in North Brabant. In this position you will make sure that the (new) residents at the location feel at home, you will help them with questions and you will make sure that technical problems are solved and ensure clean rooms for the new arrivals.
You keep the overview
When new residents arrive at the housing location, you chat with them and show them around the location so they can quickly feel at home. Current residents can always come to you for questions as well. Because you work with people, there may be unforeseen circumstances. You remain calm at all times and act in a respectful manner in such ad hoc situations.
