As the Robot Unloading Shift Leader, you are the first point of contact during the unloading process using automated robot systems. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, support your team, and independently resolve minor technical issues.

This position is perfect for someone with technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a proactive attitude. During busy periods, you may be asked to work longer shifts—your flexibility will be appreciated and rewarded.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing and supervising employees during their shifts
Monitoring robot-assisted unloading processes
Troubleshooting minor technical issues on your own
Monitoring quality, safety, and work processes
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes
Reporting performance, deviations, and issues to management
Working Hours:
🕒 Standard: 40 hours per week, 2-shift system
🕒 Occasional: Extended shifts during peak periods
What we ask:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Management experience and a proactive work ethic
An interest in technology and experience troubleshooting
Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
Reliability, a hands-on approach, and a focus on results
Ideal candidate:
Level 3/4 vocational education (MBO) in a technical field (mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering) or equivalent work experience
Experience with automated systems, logistics, or robotics is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Holds a driver’s license
Willing to work in a two-shift system
