Do you thrive on interacting with people? As a Recruiter, you will engage daily with candidates, colleagues, and international partners. Your job goes beyond recruitment – you will support candidates from their first contact until they arrive in the Netherlands.
Part of your job involves maintaining contact with your fellow recruiters and recruitment agencies in EU countries. Additionally, you will manage candidates who apply directly to job openings.
What will you do?
🔹 Posting vacancies on our recruitment channels.
🔹 Screening applications and contacting candidates.
🔹 Maintaining contact with our available candidates.
🔹 Building strong relationships with candidates.
🔹 Keeping track of interactions and candidate progress in the ATS system.
What do we expect from you?
✔ You are an open, social person who easily builds relationships.
✔ You work well in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.
✔ You are proactive and problem-solving.
✔ You have at least a secondary education level.
✔ Recruitment experience is required.
✔ You speak Dutch and Romanian or Polish.
