For a small and modern production company in Zevenbergen, we are looking for enthusiastic Production Workers. You will work in an informal environment within a small and close-knit team, where you will have the opportunity to learn different tasks and operate various machines.
Your responsibilities
You will work in a production environment where various food products are manufactured. Depending on the department, your responsibilities will include:
You will mainly work in the department producing rice cakes or chocolate products. Some tasks can be repetitive, and you may spend longer periods working at the same workstation.
Good to know: the chocolate department can sometimes get a little messy, while the rice cake department can be dusty. When all the machines in the rice cake production area are running, the temperature can also become quite high.
Working hours
You will work in one shift:
Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 17:00
1-hour break
Friday: 07:30 – 12:00
15-minute break
The position is based on a 36-hour working week. As the actual working time is 38 hours and 15 minutes per week, the additional 2 hours and 15 minutes are considered overtime.
What we expect from you
For this position, we are looking for someone who:
A valid driving licence is required.
Previous production experience is an advantage but is not essential. What matters most is a good work attitude and the motivation to learn the production process.
Due to the nature of the work, this position may be less suitable for people with certain allergies or asthma.

Good to know

Depending on the department, the working environment can sometimes be warm, dusty or a little messy. The work can also be quite repetitive. We are therefore looking for someone who feels comfortable working at a calm and structured pace.
