Can you keep a cool head when everyone else is asleep?

Pollux is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Night Shift Job Coach. In this varied role, you will make sure that our temporary workers receive the right support and guidance outside regular office hours. You will be the main point of contact during the evening and night, solve problems quickly and make sure that planning and daily operations continue to run smoothly.

You will work according to a schedule of 5 shifts per week:

  • 3 night shifts during the week
  • Saturday and Sunday daytime shifts

    • This makes you an important part of our 24/7 service for both our employees and clients.

    Your responsibilities

  • Supporting and guiding our temporary workers during night and weekend shifts;
  • Monitoring the planning and responding quickly to changes or emergencies;
  • Solving issues related to work, accommodation and transport;
  • Ensuring that changes and updates are processed correctly in our administration;
  • Maintaining close contact with temporary workers, clients and colleagues;
  • Acting as the central point of contact outside regular office hours;
  • Identifying potential issues and actively contributing ideas for improvements.

    • What do we expect from you?

  • Good spoken and written English and Romanian;
  • At least MBO 4 working and thinking level or equivalent;
  • Previous experience in a similar position within the temporary employment/recruitment industry is required;
  • Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage;
  • You remain calm and take the lead in stressful situations;
  • You are flexible and comfortable working night shifts;
  • You have a valid driving licence (B);
  • You are confident using computers. Experience with P4F is an advantage;
  • You are sociable, a strong communicator and enjoy working with others.

    • Working hours

    You will work according to a 40-hour-per-week schedule, consisting of:

  • 3 night shifts on weekdays;
  • Saturday and Sunday daytime shifts.

    • During your shifts, you will be responsible for providing effective support to our employees and ensuring that operations run smoothly outside regular office hours.
