Pollux is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a motivated Job Coach to help us continue that growth! In this role, you’ll ensure that our permanent and temporary employees are well-guided and efficiently scheduled so that we can seamlessly meet the needs of our clients. You’ll play a key role in coordinating work, accommodation, and transportation, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Shifts last 8 hours and can start as early as 06:00, with the last shift ending at 20:00

Our head office is based in Roosendaal, where we support our clients and employees every day.
We focus mainly on the logistics, production, and food industries.

Bonuses, allowances, and working hours
We offer an additional on-call allowance for availability outside office hours, paid every pay period.
