In this role, you will ensure that our permanent and flexible employees are perfectly supervised and scheduled, so that we can seamlessly meet the needs of our clients. You play a crucial role in coordinating work, accommodation and transportation, and know how to coordinate this in such a way that maximum efficiency is achieved.

What do we expect from you?
Working hours will be spread over 7 days a week to a maximum of 5 days a week. Shifts last 8 hours and can start from 06:00 am and the last shift ends 20:00 pm

Bonuses, compensation and working hours
We pay a surcharge per period for possible accessibility outside office hours. You also share in the team bonus that depends on the results when it comes to the optimal supervision of our flexible temporary workers.
