As a recruiter at Pollux, you’re the linchpin of the organization. It’s a fast-paced, challenging, and varied role. Engaging and retaining your clients and matching them with the right temporary workers are your top priorities. You’ll proactively work to keep our clients satisfied, and you’ll make a difference for Pollux.
You ensure that a temporary worker is matched with the right client. You supervise the temporary employee from A to Z. You plan the deployment of permanent and flexible employees in such a way that the demand of the clients can be optimally met.

Starting salary ranging from 2,900 to 4,160 every 4 weeks (depending on experience)

Bonuses, compensation and working hours
As an interviewer, you will work every day Monday through Friday during business hours. However, occasional phone shifts are expected and you must be willing to assist in emergency situations after working hours. For this, of course, you will receive additional compensation.
