As an intermediary, you are the spider in the web within Pollux. A hectic, challenging and varied job. Keeping your clients and temps interested and committed is your top priority. You are proactively involved in keeping our clients happy, and also know how to bind them to Pollux. You have no qualms about holding commercial meetings and making price agreements.
You ensure that a temporary worker is matched with the right client. You supervise the temporary worker from A to Z. You plan the deployment of permanent and flexible employees in such a way that the client’s demand can be optimally met.
Together with your colleagues, you also solve personnel and planning-related issues. The more challenging, the better. You know the collective labour agreement like the back of your hand, you like to get to grips with laws and regulations and you like to keep abreast of all changes. Translating this to your clients and temps is no problem for you.
You never stand still, you always think of new ways and always see opportunities. You go all out for a successful collaboration between the client, the temporary worker and Pollux.

What do we expect of you?
Minimum MBO+/HBO working and thinking level;
Good oral and written command of Romanian, Dutch/English;
Flexibility – be able to manage people in stressful situations
In possession of a valid driving licence
Knowledge of basic computer programmes. Knowledge of P4F is an advantage
Strong social skills and love to work together
Willingness to be on telephone standby after office hours and at weekends

Bonuses, compensation and working hours
As an intermediary, you will work every day Monday to Friday during office hours. However, telephone shifts are expected from time to time and you should be prepared to assist in emergency situations after working hours. For this, you will of course receive additional compensation.
