For our client, an established Dutch logistics company based in Roosendaal, we are looking for experienced forklift and reachtruck drivers to join their warehouse team.
The company specialises in international warehousing, distribution, freight forwarding and customs services. It operates large warehouse facilities and provides services including storage and stock management, e-commerce fulfilment and value-added logistics.
Your job
As a forklift and reachtruck driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse.
Your tasks will include:
operating a forklift or reachtruck safely and efficiently;
loading and unloading goods;
moving products around the warehouse;
placing goods in the correct storage locations;
preparing goods for further transport;
keeping the warehouse organised and working according to safety procedures.
The warehouse temperature is approximately 10–15°C.
The work can involve handling packages weighing approximately 10–25 kg, including products such as alcohol, so you should be physically able to perform the work safely.
What do we expect from you?
To be successful in this position:
You have a valid forklift and reachtruck certificate.
You have at least 6 months of practical experience operating the relevant vehicle.
You have experience working as a forklift or reachtruck driver.
You speak English at A1–A2 level or higher.
You are able to work safely and responsibly in a warehouse environment.
You are physically able to perform the work.
You are reliable and motivated to work for a longer period.
You are willing to work in shifts.
