Your role

Are you an experienced forklift driver looking for a full-time job in logistics?

For a large and professional logistics company in Oosterhout, we are looking for enthusiastic Forklift Drivers.

You will work in a modern logistics warehouse where various food and non-food products are processed every day. The products are supplied to major supermarket chains. Most of the work involves handling and moving non-food products.

Your role as a Forklift Driver

As a Forklift Driver, you will make sure that goods are moved safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse. You will mainly work with pallets and ensure that all goods are delivered to the correct location.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Moving pallets using a forklift;
  • Loading and unloading goods;
  • Placing pallets in the correct locations;
  • Checking goods and the working environment;
  • Working safely and efficiently according to the applicable procedures;
  • Supporting colleagues with other logistics tasks when necessary.

    • You will work as part of a team, and your tasks may vary depending on the department and the season.

    Working hours

    You will work in 2 or 3 shifts, depending on the department and the season:

  • 05:30 – 14:30
  • 14:30 – 23:30
  • 20:30 – 05:30

    • The night shift is only used during the peak season and for certain positions.

    About the client

    You will work for a professional logistics company in Oosterhout that is part of a larger logistics organisation. The company provides various logistics services, including transport, storage, warehousing and container logistics.

    This location mainly handles food and non-food products for major supermarket chains. Most of the goods are non-food products. You will work in an organised warehouse where safety, efficiency and good teamwork are key priorities.

    Your working environment

    You will work in a modern and professional logistics warehouse in Oosterhout. The temperature in the warehouse is normally around 18–21°C. During hot summer days, it can of course become warmer. During warmer periods, the client provides additional cooling.

    As there are often additional tasks and opportunities for overtime, having a driving licence is a major advantage. This can give you additional opportunities to work more hours.

    To be successful in this position, you:

  • have experience as a forklift driver;
  • have a valid forklift certificate;
  • work safely and accurately;
  • are willing to work shifts;
  • work well together with colleagues;
  • are physically fit and able to stay active throughout the working day;
  • speak Polish or English at a minimum A2 level;
  • are available for full-time work.

  • A full-time job;
  • Work in 2 or 3 shifts;
  • 8.75% shift allowance for a 2-shift schedule;
  • 13.75% shift allowance for a 3-shift schedule;
  • 30% allowance after 40 hours worked per week;
  • 50% allowance for working on Saturdays;
  • 100% allowance for working on Sundays and public holidays;
  • The possibility to work additional hours;
